Fairfax County Police have charged five people for their alleged connection with thefts from members at a Centreville fitness facility. Between August, 2007 and February 7, 2008, 21 larcenies were reported at the Lifetime Fitness, located at 5900 Trinity Parkway. In each case, the victims property was stolen from a locked locker.

 
An investigation by detectives at the Sully District police station led to a family employed by the club. Angel Arturo Gamarra-Cavero, 19, of 7642 Chadds Landing Way in Manassas, was charged with three counts of grand larceny and two felony counts of possession of burglarious tools. Rose Gamarra, 41, and Yony Javier Gamarra-Jara, 41, also of the same address, were each charged with one felony count of  embezzlement and one misdemeanor count of possession of stolen property. All three turned themselves in at the Sully District police station on the evening of Monday, February 25.
 
Further investigation revealed that two acquaintances of the family were also involved. Gianfranco Salcedo, 20, and Italo Salcedo, 19, both of 14519 Lock Drive in Centreville, were each charged with one felony count of possession of stolen property, one felony count of possession with the intent to sell stolen property and one felony count of possession with the intent to sell marijuana. Gianfranco Salcedo was also charged with one felony count of possession of cocaine. Both men were arrested at their home and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on Saturday, February 23.
 
Police are in the process of returning recovered property to known victims. Detectives believe there may be other club members who were victimized but did not report their losses.
