Bubbles and Bluegrass, a philanthropic, live music, giving back kind of event for ACT for Alexandria, an organization that facilitates and encourages philanthropy, took place last Thursday at Lord Fairfax House in Old Town.
ACT teamed up with local residents and businesses to raise money and support for The Reading Connection and Stop Child Abuse Now of Northern Virginia.
