EYA’s Robinson Landing development is starting sales of its townhouses and condominiums, the company announced on Tuesday.

The 96-unit development on the waterfront will include 26 townhouses and 70 condominiums, as well as a market and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

The townhouses range in price from $1.6 to $2.25 million, while the condominiums range from $1.5 to $5.5 million. The first move-ins to the development are expected in the third quarter of 2018.

The historic property is currently going through an archaeological excavation. So far, the remains of Pioneer Mills, one of the property’s original occupants, have been found.

The Robinson Landing development will be EYA’s second riverfront development after Oronoco Waterfront Residences.
