Daniel Suh says he plans to pay some bills and then go on a cruise to Alaska, with the $10,000 he won at a drawing this June.

A Realtor with Century 21 New Millennium in Kingstowne, Suh was among seven agents taking part in the contest that was open to agents who had sold houses listed with Long & Foster in Springfield. His winning entry was a $550,000 Alexandria townhouse.

This was the first drawing, and managing broker Jon Wolford said he expects to hold the next one in early fall.

Sellers fund the jackpot by each placing $1,000 in escrow until the contributions reach the $12,000 mark. In addition to the prize money, another $2,000 is used for promotion, including the drawing event at the Springfield Golf and Country Club. Long & Fosters regional vice president Paul DiCicco was among the guests.
