George Mason Elementary School at 2601 Cameron Mills Road will hold a Take a Reading Road Trip-themed Scholastic Book Fair Feb. 11-15 in the library. In addition to the Scholastic event, the George Mason PTA will sponsor a Used Book Fair, for which the PTA is collecting gently used childrens books.

The book fairs will be held daily during school hours for students and will be open to families and the community from 3 to 4 p.m. Feb. 11 through Feb. 14. On Wednesday, Feb. 13, the event will feature a special Family & Community Night Event from 6 to 8 p.m. for parents and the community to purchase books for children, classroom libraries or the library media center.
