This weekend, Old Town plays host to the 27th annual Alexandria Red Cross Waterfront Festival.  A summertime favorite for many residents and visitors, the festival has events for all ages ranging from arts and crafts to amusement rides.  Adult one-day passes are $15 with one child ages 3-12 admitted for free with a paying adult; additional children ages 3-12 are admitted for $5.  With food and fun, the Waterfront Festival brings together families from all over Alexandria and the county to support not only the community but also the work of the Red Cross.
