Matthew King, age 38, of Round Hill, Virginia, was sentenced today to 60 months in prison. King pled guilty on April 14, 2008 to distribution of child pornography.

According to court documents, law enforcement agents conducted a search of Kings residence and found more than 1,000 images and 80 movies containing depictions of child pornography on Kings home computer. In addition, King used his AOL account to distribute images of child pornography to others while using screen names like BadSarah13 and LitlHeather14. 

Upon his release from incarceration, King will remain under Court supervision for a term of 10 years. King also will be required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction in which he lives, works, or goes to school.
