Captain Huchler Earns Stripes at FBI Academy


On September 12, Alexandria Police Captain David Huchler graduated from the 234th session of the Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

The FBI National Academy is a 10-week program of advanced management, investigative and fitness training for select officers with proven records as professionals within their agencies. Training for the program is provided by FBI Academy instructional staff, special agents and other staff members who are experts in their fields of expertise.

Captain Huchler joined the Alexandria Police Department in 1991 and rose through the ranks to achieve his rank of captain in 2005.
