A 64-year-old Alexandria-area woman was walking on Ridgecrest Drive near West Boulevard Drive when she saw a man exposing himself at around 12:30 p.m. Saturday, December 29. The woman was not approached by the man.

Officers determined the identity of the man and obtained warrants for indecent exposure. Alphonso Johnson, 48, of 7808 West Boulevard turned himself in at the Mount Vernon Police Station on December 31.
