Experience the passion and stunning fall colors in Virginias most celebrated wine trail with something exciting at each winery along the way.

Mount Vernon – Oct. 3 – 5
Fall Wine Festival & Sunset Tour at Mount Vernon Estate & Gardens – Mount Vernons Wine Festival & Sunset Tour celebrates the history of wine in Virginia with exclusive evening tours of the Mansion and wine cellar, an appearance by General Washington himself, and music on the east lawn of George Washingtons Mount Vernon home overlooking the scenic Potomac River. Visitors can bring a blanket and relax on the lawn as they sample wines from Virginia wineries.

Raphine – Oct. 4
Annual Harvest Festival – Bring the family for a fun filled day at picturesque Rockbridge Vineyard. Live music, delicious food and wine tasting. Grape stomping and hayrides for the kids.

Linden – Oct. 4
Harvest picnic at Fox Meadow Winery – Celebrate harvest time in the vineyard with a catered lunch and harvest activities including grape stomping and door prizes

Fredericksburg – Oct. 4 – 5
Fredericksburg Area Wine Festival – Great entertainment, food, arts and crafts and fun for the whole family! Six member wineries and two guest wineries.

Middleburg – Oct 4 – 5
The Norton Wine & Bluegrass Festival at Chrysalis Vineyards – Help us celebrate harvest at Chrysalis Vineyards during our biggest and best festival of the year. Stomp your feet to great bluegrass bands; visit art, craft, and food vendors; take a vineyard tour on a hay ride; and much more. Sample all of our Norton wines, purchase some of our library vintage Nortons, and refresh from the sun with our Sarahs Patio Red!

Virginia Wine Month Open House 2008 – Oasis Winery is the perfect place to start seeing the colors change along side the Skyline Drive as you sit on the Oasis deck and enjoy a glass of Virginia wine!

Fall Harvest Festival @ Sharp Rock Vineyards – Join us at Virginias most beautiful winery for our 11th Fall Harvest Festival!
