HER SHE COMES: Along with other members of the Alexandria National Guard, Patrick Burke of Alexandria and his wife had the distinct pleasure of meeting Miss America 2008 Kirsten Haglund at the recent gala of the Alexandria-based National Guard Youth Foundation in Washington. Other notables present at the Gala were Dale Earnhardt, Trisha Yearwood and former Sen. Robert Dole. Burke is a financial advisor in the Alexandria office of Merrill Lynch.
