Thanks for running the picture of John McCain in his football uniform at Episcopal High School. I believe he was on the JV football team and also wrestled. 

But once again his middle school years at St. Stephens on West Braddock Road was mentioned. St. Stephens originally was located in a house on Russell Road across from where the Alexandria Country Day School is now located.  St. Stephens didnt move to its current location on St. Stephens Road until 1957.  The middle school for St. Stephens is currently located on West Braddock Road at the site of the old Ascension Academy.  But Ascension Academy didnt close down until around 1983.
