Tech recognizes Kathleen O’Connor


Kathleen O’Connor of Alexandria, a student in Virginia Tech’s College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences, was recently presented with the Honors Program Scholarship.

The Honors Program Scholarship scholarship is given to an undergraduate student based on academic achievement.

The dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences presented 61 students with scholarships and awards.

The College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences at Virginia Tech embraces the arts, humanities, social and human sciences, and education.
The college nurtures intellect and spirit, enlightens decision-making, inspires positive change, and improves the quality of life for people of all ages.
