Advance tickets are available through 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, for the Virginia High School League Boys AAA Basketball State Semifinal, featuring the T.C. Williams Titans versus the Petersburg Crimson Wave at 7:30 p.m. March 11 at Virginia Commonwealth Universitys Siegel Center, 1200 W. Broad St., Richmond.

Tickets are $7 and can be purchased at the Athletic Department at T.C. Williams High School, 3330 King St., Alexandria. Tickets also will be available at the game, which may start later than the designated tip-off time because it follows the AAA Girls Semifinal.

The No. 3 Varsity Boys advanced to the State Semifinal with a 59-39 victory over Kings Fork on Saturday. Petersburg (27-3), the Central Region runner-up, defeated Northwest Region champion George Washington of Danville (27-1), 65-59, on Friday. The winner of Tuesdays game will advance to the State Final at 9 p.m. Friday, March 14.

The Winter Sports Recognition Night scheduled for Friday has been postponed to March 24, the Monday after Spring Break.
