McAuliffe, who also chaired Hillary Clintons presidential campaign committee, spoke to the class about the recent presidential election and fielded questions on the campaign and current events. Though many believe McAuliffe to be a gubernatorial rival of Del. Brian Moran (D-46), he has not officially announced running. The students, McAuliffe joked, were part of his exploratory committee.
