Ann Rector and Bill Jourdan will co-manage the newly merged Long&Foster Alexandria offices on King Street in Old Town.

Long&Foster Real Estate has merged the former Alexandria/Old Town office with the Alexandria/Old Town Historic District location at 400 King Street.

More than 180 professional sales associates will share the space, along with two Prosperity Mortgage loan officers on site. All will have access to the firms Prestige Partners such as RGS and MBH Title companies and the Long & Foster Insurance Agency.

Anne Rector, the manager of the Alexandria/Old Town Historic District Office, and Bill Jourdan, who previously managed the Alexandria/Old Town Office, will co-manage the new site.
