Trudeau is Tops
Marilyn Trudeau was the top producer for December at Prudential Carruthers of Alexandria. Sharon MacDonald led for top sales, with a million dollars worth of sales in a month. Maeve Boyd was top lister.

Schneider Sweeps Honors
Cindy Schneider swept all honors for December in the Kingstowne office of Long&Foster. She was the top producer, top lister, top seller and the agent with the most new listings (6), with a sales volume of $8 million.

At the Alexandria/Mt.Vernon Long & Foster office, The Poole/Braun Team were the top producers, top listers and top sellers with a sales volume of $1.8 million. Terry Brownfield, Pat Grant, Allan Price and Sonia Ruiz were tied as the agents with the most new listings (1 each).

At the Alexandria/Old Town Historic Long & Foster office, Patricia Tierney was the top producer and top lister, with a sales volume of 1.5 million. Cathy Smyles was the top seller. Chris White was the agent with most new listings (4).    

At the Alexandria/Old Town Long & Foster office, Jim Crowe was the top producer and top lister, with a sales volume of $1.4 million. The Gorman Group was the top seller and the group with the most new listings (2).

At the Kingstowne Center Long & Foster office, Mona Bekheet was the top producer and top seller, with a sales volume of $850,000. Rick Smith was the top lister. Valerie Hardee was the agent with the most new listings(2).

Payne Joins Prudential

Linda Payne has joined the Old Town, Alexandria office of Prudential Carruthers as an associate broker. A licensed realtor in Virginia for over 23 years, she is also licensed in Maryland, Delaware and Florida. She has earned membership in Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar and Lifetime Top Producer Clubs.

Born in Washington, D.C., she was raised in Maryland and has lived in Virginia since the early 1970s, residing in Arlington, Alexandria City and Kingstowne.
