Three new City Council members were installed Wednesday, including new Vice Mayor Kerry Donley (a former mayor of the city), Councilman Frank Fannon and Councilwoman Alicia Hughes. The three new members, above, will join incumbent Council members Rob Krupicka, Del Pepper and Paul Smedberg behind the dais when Council reconvenes in September.
