Last Tuesdays game between Seminary Hill rivals Episcopal and St. Stephens/St. Agnes turned out to be another neck-and-neck affair. After playing to a scoreless draw in the first half, Maroon sophomore striker Arnaud Adala Moto scored the games only goal in the 67th minute to lead his team to another one-goal win over the host Saints.
Episcopal (13-0-2) remains undefeated this season, a streak that also dates back to the start of the 2008 season. The defending VISAA state champions are currently No. 3 in the Washington Posts regional rankings and have four games left in the regular season.
The Saints, also ranked in the Posts top 10 earlier this year, fell to 10-3-1 on the season with two of their three losses coming at the hands of the Maroon. Their next action is Friday at home against Bullis.
