Thumbs up to Del. Adam Ebbins (D-49) proposed bag tax that will decrease environmental clean-up costs in the long run while also bolstering eco-consciousness. Reusable bags hold more groceries, meaning less bags to carry.

Thumbs down to a bag tax. Proposal by state Del. Adam Ebbin (D-49) to tax plastic shopping bags a nickel a piece would be another tax encroachment on an already over-taxed citizenry. Encourage the use of reusable bags, dont add a new tax.
