Law firm adds new partner and senior attorneys

The law firm of Rich, Rosenthal, Manitta, Dzubin&Kroeger, LLP has named as partner James “Beau” Brincefield, an established Alexandria real estate attorney.  In addition, experienced trial attorneys Michael Tompkins and Roy Shannon, Jr. join the practice to deepen the firm’s expertise in real estate litigation.  The expanded firm is now Rich, Rosenthal, Brincefield, Manitta, Dzubin & Kroeger, LLP.

A full-service law firm, RRBMDK handles business organizations and transactions, commercial lending, real estate transactions and litigation.  In addition, the firm’s practice areas include divorce, custody and support litigation; wills, trusts and estates; personal injury; federal and state criminal defense and appeals; and civil liberties and constitutional law.

The firm was established in June 2008.  In 20 months, it has grown from five to 13 attorneys with a combined legal experience of 230 years. Beau Brincefield has practiced law in Alexandria for 40 years. Ed Rosenthal and Lonnie Rich have been law partners in Alexandria for the past 25 years.

“In this recession, many large national firms are struggling and laying off attorneys,” said senior partner Rich. “Our expansion is counter to the economic pattern.  Our focus is to grow with experienced attorneys, maintain local billing rates and provide cost-effective and high quality legal services.”
