The Alexandria School Board got a lesson in responsibility and classroom etiquette from students at Tucker Elementary School October 21.
In attendance at the board meeting to promote the success of the schools intersession classes, the students were selected to address the elected officials based on their responsibility and handshake.
Among the lessons theyve learned at Tucker are listening to their teachers, no backtalk and staying in their seats.
Thats a good lesson for the board, quipped Yvonne Folkerts, chairman.
