Elected officials officially committed to hear from the public on reorganizing the Torpedo Factorys governing board. 

The city wants to add marketing financial elements to the board of artists to enhance the art center as a destination, Councilman Rob Krupicka said. 

Artists fear a takeover of the board.

The public hearing is scheduled for Saturday at 9:30 a.m.
