A Washington man faces two counts of burglary after officers responding to an alarm call at the 500 block of East Braddock Road spotted him inside one of two stores he allegedly robbed.
Police arrested Dwight Oliver, 27, after a brief foot chase about 9:18 p.m. October 25.
