California and local authorities believe a Los Angeles man who mysteriously disappeared three years ago may be alive and well in Virginia.

Adrian Flores, 30, vanished sometime after December 22, 2007, leaving the city of angels without quitting his job or taking any belongings, police said. New information in the investigation indicated Flores may be alive and working under an alias somewhere in Virginia, police said, though they could not narrow down a locality.

The LAPD did not specify their interest in Flores.

Police describe Flores as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, about 190 pounds with a tribal band tattoo wrapped around his right bicep. Anyone who comes across Flores or has any information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact LAPDs Missing Persons Unit at 213-996-1800.
