Authorities are searching for a woman who allegedly swung her arms at a female passerby outside a 500 block Gibbon St. post office December 28. 
    
The victim told police the woman was acting disorderly, including talking to herself, as she walked by about 2:33 p.m. As she came closer, the suspect allegedly began calling her names and then swung her arms at the other woman. 
    
The victim was never touched physically and left uninjured, police said. 
    
They have not released a description of the suspect, but police believe she may be suffering from a mental illness, said Jody Donaldson, department spokesman.
