A local woman has gone missing for the second time in less than six months and authorities are once again asking the public for help finding her. 
    
Lauren Taylor, 21, went missing from her Falls Church group home on February 21, just days before her birthday. Described as 5-foot-5, 150 pounds with blue eyes and red curly hair, Taylor also is cognitively impaired.
    
In September, Taylor vanished after leaving her Alexandria home. Authorities found her on the 3900 block of Executive Ave. two days later after receiving an anonymous tip.
