Burglars struck an Old Town antique store earlier this month, breaking several pieces and making away with an expensive statue and painting, police say. 

    
The alarm of the 1000 block King St. store went off about 2:21 a.m. March 17, alerting authorities to the break-in. The burglars smashed the front window to get inside before raiding the store, police said. 
    
The cost of damages remains unknown. Police do not have suspect descriptions.
