Apparently unprovoked, one man lashed out at another who was walking down the 700 block of N. Washington St. about 1:07 a.m., February 22, police say.
    
The victim was walking alone when he was approached by a group of men. One of the men, unknown to the victim, approached and punched him in the face, police said. 
    
The victim suffered minor injuries, according to authorities. The suspects are described as between 20 and 25-years-old with light builds.
