Police arrested a Woodbridge man after they allegedly found him on Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority property with what authorities described as burglary tools.
Rufino Vasquez, 44, used heavy-duty box cutters to cut a fence on the 800 block of W. Glebe Road to gain entry to the ARHA property about 2:33 a.m., February 21, police said.
He has not been linked to any other burglaries in Alexandria, authorities said.
