Burglars ransacked a 200 block S. Reynolds St. apartment March 31, getting away with a rifle, instruments and electronics, police say. 

The thieves made their way into the locked apartment after forcing a sliding glass door open about 7:41 p.m., authorities said. Included in the heist were a .22-caliber rifle, ammunition, Army jacket, camera, television, laptop, PA system, speakers and a guitar. 

Police do not have a suspect description.
