Police do not believe a string of graffiti and vandalism reports over a four-day period in the citys West End are connected.

Vandals struck buildings on the 1100 block of Anderson St. and 6000 block of Morgan Court April 25, tagging both buildings with graffiti. Two days later suspects descended on a 1300 block N. Chambliss St. home, spray-painting words and symbols on the owners garage door, a second victims trailer, street signs and a post office mailbox.

Vandals hit nearby Derby Court on April 28, spray-painting the front passenger side door of a vehicle parked on the street in front of the victims home.

Authorities do not have suspect descriptions in any of the cases, said department spokeswoman Ashley Hildebrandt. There is no known gang affiliation either, she said.
