A scooter owner believes vandals are targeting his ride by letting the air out of the tires whenever it is parked in a 100 block Roberts Lane lot, according to authorities.

City police say the harassment has gone on for about a month, with the latest incident occurring overnight October 25. The victim reported the incident about 2 p.m. that same day.

Authorities did not describe the lot or detail any crime prevention methods employed in the parking area. There is no surveillance footage of the incidents, and police do not have descriptions of the individuals behind the vandalism.

The incidents remain under investigation.
