Alexandria police officers found two Hispanic men suffering from life threatening injuries in a vehicle along the 500 block of Four Mile Road yesterday evening.

Few other details surrounding the incident have been released, but officials said police were responding to a “trouble unknown call” about 6 p.m. when they made the discovery. Emergency responders took the duo to a Fairfax hospital for treatment.

Just after noon today, authorities announced they had a suspect in custody.

The incident remains under investigation.
