Times missed the big story with its front-page photograph

To the editor:

Why did you run a photo of three male runners on the cover of the November 21 edition and not even mention the bigger news from the .US National Road Racing Championships — the fact that runner Molly Huddle broke the world record?

The news about female runners was buried on page 20, and the caption with the photo of Huddle did not even make note of her significant accomplishment. She ran the 12K faster than any woman in the world, at 37 minutes, 50 seconds.
