A new coffee shop and limited service restaurant is planned for 1320 Prince St.

Whitney and Jason Langone filed a special use permit with the city last week to open Prince and Branch, a “premium coffee shop serving small plates.” 

The proposed spot plans to operate from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday to Saturday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. 

The owners requested 50 indoor seats and 12 outdoor seats. 

The application is pending planning commission and city council approval.
