“Together We Ignite Giving,” a new fundraising campaign from the Junior Auxiliary of Inova Alexandria Hospital, the Twig, begins on Sunday, according to a news release.

Through the campaign, companies and organizations will be able to support Inova and the broader Alexandria community.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted many of The Twig’s fundraising efforts this year, including the 78th annual Historic Alexandria Homes Tour, which was cancelled, according to the release.

The Twig made a $100,000 contribution to Inova’s COVID-19 Emergency Preparedness Fund in May but hopes to provide more support through the “Together We Ignite Giving” campaign, according to the release.
