To the editor:

I am writing in response to your May 13 “Out of the Attic” segment regarding “Colored Rosemont.”

In all honesty, this was an excellent segment. However, there was a glaring omission: the benchmark dwelling of the neighborhood, 1312 Wythe St., where resides the sole remaining original property owner, Stanley R. Greene, I, who was conceived, born and raised in the house.

The original piece on “Colored Rosemont” was methodically and meticulously done by Sarah Becker’s bit of history in the Old Town Crier circa January 2020 and June 2020.

Please consider including an editor’s note to correct this omission.
