The Alexandria Police Department is asking for help from the community to find two young children, according to a news release.
Mariah and Bailee Fostion, both 2 years old, have been missing since Aug. 29, when they were seen with John Gaddy III, their non-custodial parent. According to the release, Gaddy is known to frequent locations in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Pennsylvania.
According to APD’s information, Bailee and Mariah are both young Black girls with brown hair and brown eyes. Bailee’s identifying characteristic is a slight skin discoloration on her scalp, while Mariah has a skin discoloration on both legs.
