On March 9 Mesfin Desta, a team leader at Goodwin House Alexandria, received the Ceca Foundation’s highest honor according to a news release.
“Mesfin exemplifies our mission to support, honor and uplift the lives of older adults,” Rob Liebreich, president and CEO of Goodwin Living, said. Desta received a trophy and a $2,500 cash award funded by the nonprofit which partners with national healthcare communities to recognize exceptional caregivers.
