An adult female was found dead in a vehicle at a gas station at the 4300 block of King Street Monday around 8:11 a.m., according to a press release and notification from the Alexandria Police Department. The Office of the Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death. APD is still investigating and believes there is no immediate cause for public concern. APD urges anyone with information to call the non-emergency line at 703-746-4444. Tips can be provided anonymously. 

An adult female pedestrian was struck by a car and received life-threatening injuries at the 100 block of North Ripley Street Monday evening, according to an APD notification. The victim was transported to a hospital. The APD Crash Team is investigating; anyone with information or witnesses is urged to contact M. Garcia, an investigator, at 703-746-6178. Tips can be provided anonymously. 

A robbery occurred at the 200 block of Yoakum Parkway Monday evening, according to an APD notification. No injuries were reported and APD is still investigating. Those with information should call the non-emergency line at 703-746-4444.
