To the editor: 

Such a wonderful story about the 1921 Prohibition raids in Alexandria, “Enforcing Prohibition,” which ran January 4 as Out of the Attic. One of the arresting officials, mentioned in the article, Haywood J. Durrer, was my maternal grandfather. Those guys in ALX put Izzy and Moe to shame!
