Amateur Radio Field Day

The Alexandria Radio Club invites you to Field Day 2023.

Field Day is an annual event in which amateur radio operators (hams) set up equipment “in the field” to practice emergency communications skills. It’s also a fun-filled day for the public, who can observe and even take part in the operation. School STEM clubs, scouting groups, families—all are invited. Come and experience the art and science of ham radio, as we talk to hams throughout North America.

Field Day is sponsored by the American Radio Relay League (ARRL), the National Organization for Amateur Radio.
