Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath with Johanna Olivas

Join Johanna for a 90 minute exploration of self love with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, guided breathwork, meditation and a soothing sound journey. Participants will get to enjoy ceremonial grade cacao to prepare the body for for a heart centered meditation to uncover their deepest intentions. We will open our hearts and facilitate deep emotional presence and feeling of expansive love.
