Celebrating Frank Lloyd Wright’s Birthday with Watercolors by William Sutton

Join us to celebrate Frank Lloyd Wright’s birthday!
We are featuring original watercolor paintings of Wright’s architecture by Annapolis based architect and watercolorist, William (Bill) Sutton.
Bill studied architecture at the University of Michigan and did graduate studies at Rice University, where he continued to develop his artistic skills in sketching and watercolor. Bill’s work reflects his passion for landscapes, architecture, the sea, and sailboats.
For this show, Bill will be exhibiting his watercolors of Frank Lloyd Wright architecture: Pope-Leighey House in Alexandria, VA, Taliesin West in Scottsdale, AZ, Robert Parker House in Oak Park, IL, and Fallingwater in Mill Run, PA, among others.
In addition, long-time guide Peter Christensen will join us to discuss the history of the Pope-Leighey House.
