DNA Histories of the Caribbean and Latin America

Dr. Miguel Vilar, lead scientist with the National Geographic Society’s Genographic Project, will discuss how the results of genetic mapping through DNA testing in the Caribbean and Latin America have helped to uncover migration patterns and enrich our understanding of the region’s history. Registration is preferred.
