Learn how to quiet the mind and live a more present life through Mindfulness Meditation.

Join us for this 3-week small group workshop focusing on the Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation. Whether you’re battling anxiety, stress or depression, having a hard time focusing, seeking spiritual growth, or simply want to feel better and be more present, this experiential workshop teaches the basics of establishing a mindfulness meditation practice that can have remarkable physical, psychological and spiritual benefits. This workshop is limited to 8 individuals and is for both beginners and those looking for a meditation refresher course.

The workshop series consists of 3 weekly zoom meetings from 6:30-8pm, beginning on Wednesday, April 7th. The total cost is $125. Payment is collected at registration and our office will send Zoom information before the series begins.*
