In celebration of National Dog Day onAugust 26th, The Alexandrian will be hosting a special National Dog Day event in the hotel’s courtyard filled with fun activations for humans and pups! The event will featureThe Alexandrian’s own proper pups patio provisions menu curated especially for overly pampered pups. Some partnerships and activations include:
• The Project Second Chance ‘Smooch a Pooch’ kissing booth providing the opportunity for people to adopt pups to take home! Olde Towne School for dogs pop-up training demonstrations.
• Water color pet portraits done byElizabeth Graeber for purchase with 25% of the proceeds donated to Project Second ChanceAnimal Rescue.
• VCA Alexandria Animal Hospital Sponsored prize wheel.
• Games and treats for pups and their humans.
