Welcome back to Old Town Civil War Roundtable and our first meeting since the pandemic! Our speaker is Blake Lindsey who will discuss civilians living among the Civil War defenses of Washington.  He is a United States Capitol Visitor Guide, local historian and 2020-2021 Capitol Fellow from the United States Capitol Historical Society, whose award winning research on the Civil War Defenses of Washington has been most recently featured in the Spring 2021 edition of Washington History, available now from the DC History Center.
