The beautiful vibrations of singing bowls and Himalayan tingsha bells will played periodically during class.
Whatever your level of experience, body shape, and life stage you’re at, please join instructor Jessica Kirschner as you breath, relax, and build you mind-body connection. This class is accessible to all levels; new students to the seasoned practitioner.
Class will meet in the 2nd floor studio at Yoga in Daily Life in Del Ray, Alexandria. Free street parking is available.
